Lhasa de Sela
I met Lhasa twenty years ago, when she was a teenager and I was the assistant cook at a summer camp in upstate New York.  Years later, when I heard her music, I was blown away by the beauty of her voice.  She recently passed away–a tremendous talent quieted much too soon.

Floydian Slip
Fellow Ithaca alum Craig Bailey hosts this terrific syndicated Pink Floyd radio show.

Manowar
My favorite band when I was in high school, Manowar is still bringing the rock worldwide.  Into glory ride!

The Small Kings
“Ithaca’s Best Kept Secret” — Jairo van Lunteren, The Splendors
“Not if I can help it!” — Dave Palmer, The Backyardigans

Bob Charde
My friend Bob Charde writes catchy, funny, terrific songs. I challenge you to listen to Good Morning and not start singing it at random moments for days afterwards.

Eric Holland
I love live music, but don’t get out half as much as I’d like. Thats why I live vicariously through fellow Ithaca alum Eric Holland. The sheer number of shows he sees is impressive to a guy like me, and Holland Tunnel, his video reviews of those shows, are both short and sweet. The guy knows his stuff, too, so don’t be surprised if you learn a something about the artists he reviews.
